Homeless on Wheels

Homeless on Wheels

There are an estimated over one million Americans who are living in RVs and vehicles. They are “Homeless On Wheels.” The Homeless on Wheels are one step away from living on the streets. Unless we help them, they will wind up in a tent living on the sidewalk or in a field.

The expenses of living in a vehicle can add up really quick. Between maintenance, insurance, vehicle payments, and gasoline, not to mention other living costs, these expenses can often cripple those living in their vehicles. Let’s help them before they end up on the street.

Many or the Homeless on Wheels are older individuals, often with life threatening illnesses. If they lose their vehicles they would be forced to live on the street. Not only would this compound the homeless situation, their chances of surviving is about zero. Losing their vehicles would equate to a death sentence.
